Went to see Dr. Kim for severe pain I have been having for several years. He requested I have two tests done which I did. He told me they would call with the results. After two weeks I still did not hear from them. I called the office, and the receptionist gave me the results. I paid over $1200 for the tests plus what my insurance paid. Dr. Kim's office did not have the decency of letting me know the results I had to call them and then I get the results from the receptionist. He knew how much pain I was in but totally dismissed me. He had no intention of helping me, he is very cold and uncaring.

Dr. Clark was thorough and answered my questions for my initial exam. I would have given 5 stars but had to wait for about 40 minutes after my scheduled time to meet with him. I get that sometimes things get busy. Hope four will not happen again.

I got to the office in my requested time, and then I only had a short wait time. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Took extra effort to find me what was needed for me for special testing. Would be happy to work with them again.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr Clarke is awesome, does not make you feel like you need to hurry or that he’s bothered to be there. Kind and very informative! The whole office staff is great.
